Much better than expected!This stuff is truly amazing. I feel blessed to have discovered it. When I first bought it, I thought it could have been a potential money trap due to the relatively high price for my tight budget but BOY is it worth it! I take this as directed, about 20 mins before I start training (Ballet). It gives me a serious energy boost and helps me focus because the nature of my training is VERY demanding of a sharpened focus and strength. The taste is wonderful, not too sweet but fruity and wonderful. I even took this when I felt ill. It picked me up out of the slump so that I could at least carry on my daily errands. I have benefited from this
I just got back into my swim training (for triathlons) and have been using the pre workout energizer 5x a week, 20 mins before my swim. I can really feel the difference! I feel energetic for a longer period of time during the workout compared to before I started using this. I dont get tired as soon as I used to. I also think I have become stronger because this helps me workout harder during each workout. I think this is contributing to my increase in stamina during my workouts. Though it is expensive, I feel compelled to keep using this because I have seen such an improvement in the quality of my workouts. I like the fact that this is completely plant based and dairy, soy, gluten free.
