Great benefits and easy convenienceI've been enjoying the goodness of bee pollen for quite some time now. A lot of people really don't know all the benefits of bee pollen. It strengthens your immune system, it's a great appetite suppressant , and its purported to have anti-aging effects by increasing the elasticity of your skin. It also tastes terrible when taken by the spoonful which is why the pill form is so terrific. Who has time to spoon chalky tasting items into their mouth, not I. But with the convenience of the capsule form, I can get the benefits without the mess so to speak. Plus you can't find this stuff cheaper anywhere!
VERY teensy, weensy small amounts of each...
...should have known better at the price that it would not be high quality. I looked and looked and could not find anywhere where it showed the ingredients list and amounts of each. ONLY a measly 10 mg of Bee Propolis and 10 mg of Royal Jelly and only 150 mg of Bee pollen. Not enough to benefit anything. Again, I should have just not ordered when I could not find the ingredients list because the price should have said it all. The old adage, "you get what you pay for" certainly applies here.
