Great for detoxing
Many pills claim to detox you, but some have side effects like weakness, headaches or an upset stomach because of the herbs. This is a fine balance between many good foods, that alone, would cost much more and these are much more convenient. My detox went well and most times I'm sluggish and not chipper during my cleanses, but this cleanse went well and I was as good, if not better, than usual when it came to energy. I dont know what im doing wrong?

I had a baby about 6 months ago. I am the same weight i was when i was 9 months pregnant about to give birth. I have tried every diet...atkins, WW, slimfast, acai berry,green tea,hydroxycut, and i am not on HCG drops and i eat lean meat and veggies and water and i jog 2 miles a day on the treadmill and i have not lost 1 single pound....what do you other moms do to lose weight? please i need help!!
