Some weight loss, but caused sleeplessness
Did cause some weight loss but with a lot of sleeplessness problems. There must be a lot of caffine in this product. Weight loss was only 7 lbs before I stopped losing, even with 4 hours of exercise per week. Might be okay product for younger people but not for those 50+ years.

Question about the supplements I take?

I take a multivitamin everyday, and 2 simply trim capsules...then I rotate supplements.. one day I take Acai Berry and Garlic and the next I take Fibre and Fish Oil.. I read somewhere that fish oil can effect fibre somehow??? does this sound okay?
