I've always struggled with my weight, and it's been hard to lose the 10-15 pounds I need to lose. Does Acai Max Cleanse with some colon cleanser like Fibra Detox work? If it does, what are the side effects? Are there any cons/pros? If not, then could someone point me to something that does work?

No, it gives you diarrhoea, you lose water weight.
