My dad bought something off the internet, and it turned out to be a scam.?

My dad never uses the internet and knows nothing about computers.But he bought some pills called something along the lines of "acai max berry" and some other one called extreme.

He did this himself, without asking for help. The product itself cost about $5. but the postage cost around $100-200. And It's now charging us once a week about 100 or 200 like we are in a contract.

Contact the bank if this was done using a credit card. Ask for their help. Dispute the charges. Have them either block future charges from that company, or get a new credit card number.
They also should be able to tell you where the charge is coming from.

If done by check, close the account and open a new one.
