this can cause cancer!
Read the disclaimer before buying this product. The state of CA has studies that show there are ingredients in this that can cause cancer. Women who are thinking of becoming pregnant or are pregnant should not use this. It used to be sold at a national gym chain and has been taken out of their cafes. I only put one star because I had to put something for the review.

I had my first child 14months ago, was always a size 10/12 before and now am size 14. Im getting married next year so would love to loose maybe a stone or two. For a month now i have cut out sugar in my tea, no cheese, no takeaways, more fruit, more veg, diet fizzy drinks and exercising 3 times a week which is eating so much less than i was before and i would never have exercised before either.
